~please note that a one-day workshop will not qualify you for the skill level needed for the classes below~
The terms "experienced beginner", "advanced beginner", and "intermediate/ advanced" are subjective and tend to change with our evolving student body. All of the classes below are for experienced students only. If you are joining us with experience from a different studio we highly recommend working one on one with an instructor before requesting to be in a class. This is to ensure that you are placed in the appropriate class for your skill level when a spot opens up.
There are no online sign ups for these classes, instead we ask that you email us. Requests are first come first serve with priority given to students that were signed up for the previous session. "BITS & BOTTLES" w/ Shannon Floyd
MONDAYS: 6:30-9:30pm
LEVEL: EXPERIENCED BEGINNER
STARTS NOVEMBER 10th (5 WEEKS)
COST: $580
This course will pick up where we left off last session with bottles. Over the course of our five weeks, we will be making bottles and exploring decoration and design with bits. There will be an emphasis on heat, glass distribution, and proper proportions as we refine our bottle shape over the five weeks. We will also make space to play by adding bits to our bottles—a wonderful way to build our creativity and teamwork!

"THAT'S A WRAP" w/ Greg Wright
TUESDAYS: 6:30-9:30pm:
LEVEL: ADVANCED BEGINNER
STARTS: NOVEMBER 11th (5 WEEKS)
COST: $580
If you are looking for fun ways to get dramatic color effects into your glass in order to make it visually stunning, this is the class for you! Adding lip wraps and body wraps is a great way to add interest and it will be what we will be focusing on this session. After learning to serve up and apply the "perfect wrap" we will explore various ways of application and manipulation in order to really get creative.

"IS IT CAKE?" w/ DJ Benyosef and Zach Herrmann

From toilet plungers to tooth brushes, we had a blast learning techniques this past session to recreate everyday objects. This session we will dig into foods. We will continue to expand our technical skills, experimentation, and team work as we take on the foods that fill our lives

LEVEL: ADVANCED BEGINNER
STARTS NOVEMBER 12th (4 WEEKS)

"ODDITIES" w/ Emery Wenger

STARTS NOVEMBER 13th (4 WEEKS)

In this short class we will truly get the chance to mess around! We are going to make glass objects in the least traditional ways imaginable. We will make cage cups, and coil bowls and play around with blown prunts. If you have no idea what any of that means, trust me it will be awesome!
